Why weekly, not daily

Every week we ask each question 3 times to each AI in your plan.

A single daily answer swings a lot from one day to the next; several weekly samples give a more reliable figure.

  • Starter: 3 answers from each of its 5 AI engines every week, about 65 answers per question a month (±10 points).
  • Growth: 3 answers from each of its 5 AI engines every week, about 65 answers per question a month (±10 points).
  • Business: 3 answers from each of its 6 AI engines every week (Claude: 1), about 69 answers per question a month (±10 points).

Answers a month = samples × AI engines × 4.3 weeks in an average month. The margin is the 90% confidence range (Wilson) in the worst case, a 50% rate; every figure in the app shows its own range.

Measure, close the gap, measure again. Screenshots from the demo account, with sample data.

Measured every week, with its margin

We ask your buyers' questions to each AI three times a week and show how often you appear, with a confidence range rather than a single position, and who gets cited when you don't.

Which one

Rankscale or Citable: which suits you?

Each has its strengths. What each one does best, and when to choose it.

Rankscale

What it does best

  • Many more engines to pick from, including Claude, DeepSeek, Mistral, Grok and Copilot, plus shopping and ad analytics.
  • You choose the cadence per term, from hourly to monthly, and unused credits roll over.
  • Ten brand dashboards on Pro, Looker Studio sharing and a REST API on higher plans.

Choose Rankscale if…

  • You want to choose engines and frequency yourself and pay by usage.
  • You track many brands or need engines we don't cover.
  • Your team will create the content.

Citable

What it does best

  • No credits to manage. €19, €49 or €89 a month per site, articles included; free agency account with 20% of every client payment. Each plan fixes questions, engines and samples, so the bill never changes. Learn more: No credits to manage
  • Articles included. Sourced articles for the questions where competitors get cited and you don't: 8 a month on Starter, 20 on Growth and 30 on Business (up to 90 with packs). Learn more: Articles included
  • Into your CMS. Verified articles publish to your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Ghost or Notion, or anything else through a signed webhook) after an approval window, or stay as drafts. On WordPress they arrive as drafts unless you turn on automatic publishing. Learn more: Into your CMS
  • Ranges, not single numbers. Each buyer question is asked three times per engine every week, and we report the share of answers that mention and cite you with a 90% confidence range. Learn more: Ranges, not single numbers

Choose Citable if…

  • You'd rather have a fixed price per site than a credit balance.
  • You want sourced articles written and published for your gaps.
  • Your site runs on WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Ghost or Notion.

How much does Rankscale cost?

Pro $99/month (1,200 credits), Pro+ $229, Growth $385 and Enterprise $780, plus Essentials sold yearly at $204. Yearly billing saves 15%. Each query on an engine uses part of a credit.

How many questions does $99 cover?

It depends on engines and frequency: its own calculator shows 50 prompts weekly on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini using 162.5 credits a month. Citable fixes the count per plan instead.

Can I try Citable for free?
