Why weekly, not daily

Every week we ask each question 3 times to each AI in your plan.

A single daily answer swings a lot from one day to the next; several weekly samples give a more reliable figure.

  • Starter: 3 answers from each of its 5 AI engines every week, about 65 answers per question a month (±10 points).
  • Growth: 3 answers from each of its 5 AI engines every week, about 65 answers per question a month (±10 points).
  • Business: 3 answers from each of its 6 AI engines every week (Claude: 1), about 69 answers per question a month (±10 points).

Answers a month = samples × AI engines × 4.3 weeks in an average month. The margin is the 90% confidence range (Wilson) in the worst case, a 50% rate; every figure in the app shows its own range.

Measured every week, with its margin

We ask your buyers' questions to each AI three times a week and show how often you appear, with a confidence range rather than a single position, and who gets cited when you don't.

Which one

Omnia or Citable: which suits you?

Each has its strengths. What each one does best, and when to choose it.

Omnia

What it does best

  • Daily tracking on every plan; we measure once a week (three samples per question and engine).
  • Its Omnia Agent looks up the page owner's LinkedIn profile on its own; Citable only uses a profile when the page itself links to it or you paste it: it never searches LinkedIn for people. Otherwise outreach is now on a par: both draft each email and send it from your Gmail or Outlook once you approve it, and both can send on LinkedIn (Citable assisted, automatically from your account, or through your HeyReach).
  • An agent that reviews the data every night and proposes projects on its own; Citable updates its recommendations after each weekly check.
  • Unlimited brands, languages and regions, and more questions on its larger plans: 100 on Pro and 200+ on Enterprise, against our 60 on Business.
  • A 14-day trial without a card (ours asks for one), and credits that don't expire.
  • A larger company: a €3.5M pre-seed round and customers such as Exoticca, Ironhack, Iberia Cards, Pleo and Europa Press, as it shows on its site.

Choose Omnia if…

  • You run marketing for a company that wants daily data and an agent that does most of the AEO work, outreach included.
  • You track several brands, countries or languages, or need more than 60 questions.
  • You want an agent that also finds each page owner's LinkedIn profile for you, without pasting it.

Citable

What it does best

  • Lower entry price and cost per question. Starter is €19 a month for 15 questions (€1.27 per question); Growth €49 for 30 (€1.63); Business €89 for 60 (€1.48). Omnia works out at €2.50 to €3.16 per question, measured daily rather than weekly. Annual billing is 10 monthly payments (Starter: €15.83 a month). Learn more: Lower entry price and cost per question
  • Articles included, no credits. 8, 20 or 30 sourced articles a month are part of the plan, published to WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Ghost or Notion after an approval window. There is no balance to spend or top up. Learn more: Articles included, no credits
  • Engines included, not on request. ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode and Perplexity on every plan; Business adds Claude; Grok is a paid add-on. On Omnia, Gemini, Claude and Copilot are available on request. Learn more: Engines included, not on request
  • Local businesses and sales from AI. Google Business Profile review against the top 3 on Maps and a local grid of AI Overviews and AI Mode around the business; with GA4, the conversions and revenue from AI visits. Learn more: Local businesses and sales from AI
  • Built for agencies. Free agency account: each client pays their own plan and the agency earns 20% of every payment, with white-label reports and a lead widget for its own site. Omnia has an affiliate programme with 20% recurring commission; compare the terms. Learn more: Built for agencies
  • Sentiment, prompt discovery and outreach too. How AI describes you and your competitors on price, quality, support and more, with the exact quotes; questions discovered from Search Console, related questions and where AI names your competitors; and outreach campaigns for the sites AI cites: author, role, last update and angle researched for you, every email approved by you and sent from your own Gmail or Outlook. No credits. Learn more: Sentiment, prompt discovery and outreach too
  • Outreach with guard rails. Gmail with send-only access (Citable can't read your email); Outlook also detects replies without reading them. At most 20 emails a day per inbox, spaced out within working hours, a do-not-contact list, no repeat emails to the same address within 90 days, and never attachments or tracking pixels. Learn more: Outreach with guard rails
  • LinkedIn with approval, and a clear warning. An invitation note (up to 300 characters) and a short message for each author with a LinkedIn profile, approved one by one and sent by you (assisted), automatically from your LinkedIn account or through your HeyReach; their status comes back to the campaign with results by channel, and a LinkedIn reply withdraws the email follow-up. Posts on your profile from an article or a visibility figure through LinkedIn's official API, and transparent comments for the threads AI cites that you post yourself. We tell you plainly that automating LinkedIn through third-party tools can go against its terms. Learn more: LinkedIn with approval, and a clear warning
