Show the proof to your clients, under your own brand.
Citable sends you a summary every Monday and turns the same data into reports with your agency’s name, logo and colour. For technical teams, the same data is available through a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server.

Every Monday: both rates with their honest change, the notable movements, the new questions competitors win and what’s waiting for your approval. The client report puts it in plain words, with your agency’s brand, and downloads as PDF or CSV or is shared as a read-only link you can revoke.
- Monday summary for you and your team
- Client report as PDF, CSV or a read-only link
- Your name, logo and colour instead of ours, on every paid plan
A monthly email and read-only access for each client.
Pick a day of the month and each client gets an email from your agency with last month’s summary, the key figures with their honest change, what you did and a link to the full report. Replies come to you. You can also invite a client to their own read-only area with the dashboard, questions, articles and reports, without making them a member of your workspace.
- Monthly email on the day you choose, with consent and one-click unsubscribe
- Client area: read-only, per site, revocable
- Unlimited team members with roles
Your data in your tools, your agents and your assistant.
A REST API (v1, with an OpenAPI spec) to read sites, rates, answers, sources, gaps and articles, and to create articles and send them to your CMS. Signed webhooks for each event: a measurement completed, a new gap, an article ready, published or failed, an audit completed. And a read-only MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or Claude Desktop through the CLI.
- API keys with read or write scope, created by an admin
- Signed webhooks with retries
- MCP server: read-only, it can’t change anything in your account
Ask in plain words, get answers from your own data, and let it prepare the work.
“Ask Citable” answers questions about your visibility, gaps, mentions, sentiment, articles and visits using only your site’s data, and says where every number comes from. It can also prepare work: track a question or a competitor, queue an article for a gap, draft an outreach message or remember how you work. Every change shows a card with what it will do and what it uses from your plan, and nothing happens until you press Confirm.
- Questions a month per site: 50 on Starter, 150 on Growth and 250 on Business
- Only your data, with the source of each figure
- Actions only after you confirm, with a log of who confirmed what
- It remembers your brand and preferences, per workspace, and you can edit or delete it
The illustrations use example data from a fictional studio, Studio Norte.
If the client can’t see it, it didn’t happen.
AI visibility is new to most clients. Clear reports with honest figures are what turn the work into a renewal.
Honest figures travel well
The same ranges and “no clear change yet” as in the dashboard. Nothing that has to be explained away next month.
Your brand, not ours
Reports, shared links and the weekly email carry your agency’s identity on every paid plan.

Questions about this feature
What people ask before they start. If something’s missing, write to us.
Write to usCan I remove Citable’s branding from reports?
Yes. On every paid plan, your name, logo and colour replace ours in client reports, shared links and the weekly email.
What can a client do with read-only access?
See the dashboard, questions, articles and reports for their own site. They aren’t a member of your workspace, can’t change anything and you can revoke their access at any time.
Which events do webhooks send?
Measurement completed, new gap, article ready, article published, article failed, audit completed, weekly digest sent and, for agency accounts, a new lead from your widget. Every delivery is signed.
Which assistants can use the MCP server?
Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and other clients that accept headers, with an API key with read scope; Claude Desktop through the Citable CLI. ChatGPT and custom claude.ai connectors need an OAuth sign-in that Citable doesn’t offer yet.
Is “Ask Citable” a general chatbot?
No. It answers only with your site’s data and says where each number comes from. It doesn’t make up figures or answer about other sites. When it suggests a change, it only proposes it: you see what it will do and confirm it, and text from AI answers or other sites can never trigger an action.
One loop, eight pieces.
See what AI says about you, then fix it.
